Cooking Ingredients for Greek Orzo Recipe

Water
2 c Orzo
1-1/2 ts Salt
3 tb Butter
2 lg Green onions; sliced
1/4 c Sliced mushrooms
1/2 c Finely crumbled feta cheese
2 tb Chopped parsley
1 ds Pepper

Greek Orzo Preparation

In a 4-quart saucepot bring water to a boil. Add orzo & salt. Cook & stir till tender. Drain. Set aside. In medium skillet, melt butter. Add green onions & mushrooms. Saute over med-heat. Stir in orzo, feta, parsley & pepper. Serve warm. Approximately 5 minutes.
