Cooking Ingredients for Green Chile Lamb Stew Recipe

2 c Lean lamb; cubed
1 lg Onion; diced
1 Clove garlic; crushed
Cooking oil
1 tb Flour
8 c Hot water
1 ts Red chile powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c Green chile; chopped
4 lg Potatoes; diced

Green Chile Lamb Stew Preparation

In heavy pan, brown lamb with onions and garlic in a little cooking oil. Stir in flour and cover with hot water. Add chile powder and salt and pepper. Simmer 20 minutes. Add green chile and potatoes.
