1 sm Onion chopped
4 Cloves garlic, minced
1 tb Oil
8 New Mexican green chiles,
-roasted, peeled and seeded
6 Tomatillos
1/2 c Chicken stock
1 ds Cumin
Salt to taste
Green Chile Sauce 2 Preparation
Saute onions until translucent. Add garlic. Stir one minute. If tomatillos are canned, put them in a blender. If fresh, boil some water and remove from stove.
