Cooking Ingredients for Grilled Marinated Tuna 2 Recipe

1/4 c Water
1/4 c Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
2 tb Brown Sugar
1-1/2 ts Minced Ginger
2 Garlic Cloves; Minced
6 Tuna Steaks; 3/4 Inch Thick
Vegetable Cooking Spray

Grilled Marinated Tuna 2 Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag. Seal bag, and marinate in refrigerator 2 hours, turning bag occasionally. Remove tuna from bag, and reserve marinade. Prepare grill. Place tuna on grill rack coated with cooking spray, and grill 3 minutes on each side or until medium rare, basting frequently with reserved marinade.
