Cooking Ingredients for Guacamole Dip #1 2 Recipe
2 lg Ripe avocados
3 tb Minced onion
2 tb Mayonnaise
2 tb Lemon juice
1 ts Paprika
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
3 dr Hot pepper sauce; (up to 4)
Guacamole Dip #1 2 Preparation
Cut avocados in half. Remove pits. Spoon out and mash pulp. Blend in remaining ingredients, mixing until smooth. Makes 2 cups dip NOTE: To store, cover tightly with plastic wrap, smoothing plastic wrap directly over surface of dip to prevent discoloration.
