Cooking Ingredients for Ham `n Broccoli Bake Recipe
1 tb Margarine
1 tb Flour
1/2 c Milk
1 ds Ground red pepper
1/2 c (2 oz.) natural Swiss
-cheese; shredded
1/2 lb Broccoli spears; cooked and
-drained
6 oz Fully cooked ham slices
Ham `n Broccoli Bake Preparation
Make white sauce with margarine, flour, milk and red pepper. Add cheese. Stir until melted. Arrange broccoli on bottom of 10 x 6 inch baking dish. Top with ham and cheese sauce. Cover.
