2 c Self-rising flour
1/2 ts Baking soda
1 c Milk
1/2 c Mayonnaise
1/2 c Finely chopped fully cooked

1/2 c Shredded cheddar cheese

Ham and Cheese Muffins 2 Preparation

In a large bowl, combine flour and baking soda. Combine remaining ingredients; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill greased muffin cups two-thirds full.
