Cooking Ingredients for Ham and Potato Salad Recipe

1 lb Red potatoes (about 3 cups);
-cut into 1/2 in wedges
1 pk Frozen mixed vegetables (16
-oz)
1/3 c Mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 c Sour cream
1/2 c Green onions; sliced
1 ts Pepper
1/2 ts Salt
3 c Cooked ham (about 1 lb);
-chopped

Ham and Potato Salad Preparation

1. Cook potatoes, covered in boiling water to cover 10 minutes or until tender (don”t overcook). Drain and set aside. 2. Cook frozen mixed vegetables according to package directions; drain and set aside. 3. Combine mayonnaise and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Gently stir in potatoes, vegetables and ham. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
