Cooking Ingredients for Ham Loaf with Horseradish Glaze Recipe
-Ham Loaf-
1-1/2 lb Ground ham
1-1/2 lb Ground pork
1/2 lb Ground beef
1-1/2 c Oats
4 Eggs; beaten
1/2 c Chopped onion
1/2 ts Pepper
2 c Tomato juice
-Horseradish Glaze-
1-1/2 c Sugar
2 tb Flour
2 ts Dry mustard
8 tb Horseradish
Ham Loaf with Horseradish Glaze Preparation
Combine all ham loaf ingredients thoroughly and pack in 9×13 pan. Bake in 350 degree oven 45 minutes. Mix together Horseradish Glaze ingredients and spread on Ham Loaf mixture.
