1-1/2 c Frozen green peas; thawed

3/4 lb Fully cooked smoked ham; cut
-into 1/2 inch cubes (about

1/2 Cauliflower head; broken in
-to flowerets
1/2 sm Red onion; thinly sliced

Ham Salad with Cheddar Dressing Preparation

Cheddar Dressing 1 c Cheddar cheese; shredded -(4 ounces) 1/4 c Milk 2 tb Wine vinegar 1/4 ts Salt 3 oz Cream cheese; softened 1 Garlic clove Toss all ingredients except Cheddar Dressing. Serve with dressing and freshly ground pepper if desired. Cheddar Dressing: Place all ingredients in workbowl of food processor fitted with steel blade or in blender container.
