Cooking Ingredients for Hamburger Pacific 2 Recipe
2 tb Cooking oil
2 ts Pepper
2 lb Ground beef
10 oz Sliced mushrooms, drained
1 md Chopped onion
10 oz Cream of tomato soup
1/4 ts Garlic powder or
14 oz Cream corn
Minced garlic clove 2
c Fresh chop suey vegetables
2 ts Salt
3 c Cooked noodles
Hamburger Pacific 2 Preparation
Paprika Heat oil in frying pan. Add next 5 ingredients. Saute until no trace of pink remains in meat. Turn off heat. Drain and discard fat. Add mushrooms, soup and corn to meat. Stir. Empty in 2 quart casserole. Spread chop suey vegetables over meat mixture. Prepare noodles as directed on package. Drain. Arrange over vegetables. Sprinkle with Paprika for colour. Cover.
