Cooking Ingredients for Harvest Loaf Bread Recipe

2 c Canned pumpkin puree
4 Eggs; beaten
1 c Veg oil
2/3 c Cold water
3-1/2 c All purpose flour
2 ts Baking soda
3 c Sugar
2 ts Pumpkin pie spice
1 ds Fresh grated nutmeg
1 ds Ground cinnamon
1 ts Salt
1 c Chopped walnuts
2 c Chocolate chips

Harvest Loaf Bread Preparation

This is a delight makes 3 loaves. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour three 8 inch loaf pans. Combine first four ingredients in a lg bowl. Mix the dry ingredients and add to the first mixture, stir well. Fold in the nuts, and chocolate chips. Turn into the prepared pans and bake for 50 to 60 mins or until a cake tester comes out clean. Cool in pans for 10 mins. Remove and cool on wire racks. This is a sweet bread which is nice for gifts. Volume 01 Number 205 by janet toomey <lovefd@hotmail.com> on Nov 06, 1997
