Cooking Ingredients for Hash Browns Recipe

1/4 c Butter or margarine
1 lb Idaho Potatoes, peeled,
-grated and squeezed dry
1 lg Onion, diced
1 md Red or green bell pepper,
-seeded and diced
1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Freshly ground black
-pepper

Hash Browns Preparation

In a 1 2-inch skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add Idaho Potatoes, onion, and bell pepper and cook about 8 to 10 minutes, gently stirring the mixture every few minutes.
