1 pk (2#) Hash Brown or O Brien
1 cn Cream Chicken Soup
2 c Sour Cream
2 c Cheddar Cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste

Hashed Brown Casserole Preparation

Spread potatoes in dish. Let thaw. Mix other ingredients together. Pour over potatoes, melt 1/2 cup oleo. mix with Corn Flake crumbs and spread over top. Bake 350 for 1 hour. Delicious!!
