Cooking Ingredients for Hatsuka Radish and Ham Salad Recipe

10 lg Hatsuka radishes
9/16 oz Sliced ham
Salt vinegar
Sugar
Monosodium glutamate

Hatsuka Radish and Ham Salad Preparation

Slice radishes thinly, sprinkle on salt and allow to stand until softened. Kneed in bowl, then squeeze juice out by pressing between both hands. Pour over 1 T. vingegar, mix well and squeeze again. Cut ham into 2/5 in. squares. Mix 1-1/2 T. vinegar, 2/3 t. salt, 2 t.sugar, and monosodium glutamate. Add radishes and ham to the mixture, mix and serve.
