1 c Butter
1 c Brown sugar
1 Egg yolk
2 c Flour
1 ts Vanilla
1-1/2 c Coarsely chopped heath bars
Heath Bar Cookies 2 Preparation
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolk and beat well. Stir in flour and vanilla, mixing well. Spread into a greased 9×12 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle immediately with heath bars. Cool completely in pan before cutting into squares. *This recipe comes from Great American Recipes.
