1 Head cabbage; shredded
2 tb (heaping) granulated sugar
2 tb (heaping) vinegar
1/4 c Mayonnaise

Helen s Cabbage Slaw Preparation

Mix sugar and vinegar until sugar is dissolved; add mayonnaise to mixture. Toss cabbage with dressing. Sprinkle poppy seeds or celery seeds to taste if desired. Serves 6.
