Cooking Ingredients for Herbed Mop Sauce Recipe

1/4 c Minced onion
1/2 c Oil
1/2 c Red wine
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
2 tb Brown sugar
1 ts Dry mustard
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Basil
1/2 ts Thyme
1/3 c Chili sauce
2 tb Lemon juice

Herbed Mop Sauce Preparation

Saute onions in oil until golden in color. Add mashed garlic and saute another minute. Add wine and other ingredients. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes, brush on meat or poultry during broiling period.
