1 lb REGULAR GROUND BEEF
1-1/2 ts CURING SALT
3 tb PARMESAN CHEESE
2 tb DRY RED WINE
1 ts GROUND PEPPER
1 ts CRUSHED DRY BASIL
1 ts CRUSHED DRY OREGANO
1/2 ts MUSTARD SEED
1/4 ts GARLIC POWDER
1 ds OF ONION POWDER
Herbed Sausage Preparation
