1/2 c Plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 c Water
1 ts Salt
1-1/2 ts Canola oil
3 c Bread flour
1/2 ts Thyme
1/2 ts Oregano
1 ts Basil
1/2 ts Dried mint flakes
1 tb Wheat bran
1 tb Sugar
1 ts Yeast

Herbed Yogurt Bread Preparation

Place all ingredients into bread machine in order given. Bake on rapid cycle with light crust. NOTES : This is a light, tangy loaf. Great toasted!
