1 lb Beef round; lean – trimmed

Fat – ground
1 c High protein cereal
1/2 c Skim milk
1 Egg – lightly beaten
2 ts Instant beef bouillon – opt
2 tb Instant minced onion
Salt & Pepper to taste
High-Protein Burgers Preparation
