1 c Heavy cream
4 tb Whisky
4 tb Clear honey
1 c Plain yogurt
2 tb Brown sugar

Highland Fling Preparation

In large mixing bowl beat the cream stiff, then beat in the whisky and honey until the mixture regains its firmness. Fold in the yogurt and turn mixture into a serving dish or individual glass dishes. Sprinkle the sugar over the top and chill overnight before serving.
