1 c Minute rice
1 Egg; slightly beaten
1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1/8 ts Nutmeg

Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Pour into greased 9 square baking dish. Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Garnish as desired. Makes 6 servings. Microwave Directions: Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Pour into greased 9 square microwaveable dish. Cover with plastic wrap and cook at high 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbs.
