All-purpose
4 ts Baking powder
4 ts Salt
8 c Sugar
8 oz Unsweetened cocoa powder –
One small package

Homemade Brownie Mix Preparation

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir with a wire whisk to distribute evenly. Put in a large airtight container. Label with date and contents. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 10-12 weeks. Makes about 15 c of Brownie Mix.
