1/3 lb Bacon
1 Green pepper diced
1 Red pepper diced
1 Onion chopped
2 Cloves garlic chopped
1/3 Stick butter
4 tb Olive oil
10 Plum tomatoes chopped
1/4 c White wine
1 Hot pepper halved and seeded
Salt and pepper to taste

Bacon and Pepper Sauce Preparation

Sautee bacon until almost crisp. Drain. Add butter and oil. Sautee onion and garlic.Add peppers and sautee 5 min. Add tomatoes and wine, cook 15 min. REMOVE HOT PEPPER. Season with salt and pepper and serve over pasta. From Gemini”s MASSIVE MealMaster collection
