3 c Cornflakes
1 c Wheat germ
1/2 c Sesame seeds
4 ts Dried parsley – crushed
1 tb Paprika
2 ts Salt
1 ts Dry mustard
1 ts Celery salt
1 ts Onion salt
1/2 ts Ground pepper
Homemade Crispy Coating Mix Preparation
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir with a wire whisk until evenly distributed. Pour into a 5-c container with a tight fitting lid. Seal container. Label with date and contents. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 2 months. Makes about 4 1/2 c of Homemade Crispy Coating Mix.
