1 cn Water Chestnuts; drained
1/4 c Soy sauce
2 tb Sugar
Bacon strips; cut in thirds.
Bacon and Water Chestnut Hors D Oeuvres Preparation
Marinate water chestnuts in soy sauce for 30 minutes. If chestnuts are too large cut into bite-size pieces. Roll each in sugar, the wrap in a piece of bacon.
