1 ts Leaf oregano, crumbled
1 ts Leaf rosemary, crumbled
1 ts Celery salt
1/4 ts Coarse-grind pepper
1/4 ts Garlic powder (optional)

I”m cleaning out loose recipes so before I throw them out I thought I”d post some. I think this came from Womans Day Magazine years ago. Of course you can use your favorite seasonings instead of those in the recipe. Combine in moisture-proof container: Use about 1 tablespoon of the mixture per serving of cut-up chicken parts; moisten chicken in tomato juice or other liquid before shaking with crumb mixture.
