2 c Granulated sugar
1/4 c Creamed honey
1 c Whipping cream
1/2 c Butter (not margarine)
1 ts Vanilla

Honey Caramels Preparation

Measure all 5 ingredients into medium heavy saucepan. Boil over medium, stirring occasionally, until mixture reaches firm ball stage on candy thermometer or until a small spoonful dropped into cold water forms a firm but pliable ball. Remove from heat. Let stand for 10 minutes. Beat well, until signs of thickening appear. Quickly turn into greased 8×8 inch pan. Cool completely. Score into 64 squares. Makes 1 3/4 lbs. candy, or 64 squares.
