Cooking Ingredients for Honey Coconut Snack Recipe

Margarine or butter,
-softened
1/3 c Honey
1/4 c Packed brown sugar
3 c Toasted whole grain wheat
-flake cereal
1 c Flaked or shredded coconut
1 c Slivered almonds

Honey Coconut Snack Preparation

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bush jelly roll pan with margarine. Heat honey and brown sugar to boiling in 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring constaintly; remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients until completely coated; spread in pan. Bake uncovered, stirring frequently, 10 minutes. Cool 5 minutes and loosen mixture with metal spatula.
