1 c Brown sugar
1/2 c Honey
3/4 c Shortening
1 Egg
1 ts Vanilla
1-1/4 c Flour
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
3 c Oats, rolled (raw)
Honey Oatmeal Cookies Preparation
Beat sugar, honey, shortening, egg and vanilla together. Sift together flour, salt and soda and add to creamed mixture. Stir in oats. Drop by spoon onto greased cookie sheet.
