Cooking Ingredients for Honey Rice 2 Recipe

3 c Cooked rice
2-1/2 c Milk
2 tb Butter
1/2 c Raisins (if you wish)
1/2 c Honey
1 ts Lemon juice (if you want)

Honey Rice 2 Preparation

Combine rice, raisins, milk, honey and butter. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in lemon juice and serve. Serves 6.
