1-1/2 lb Sea scallops; trimmed
1/4 c Honey
1/4 c Dijon mustard
1 ts Lemon juice
2 ts Curry powder

Honey-Dijon Scallops Preparation

Prep: 10 min, Cook: 5 min. Turn on broiler. Arrange scallops in the bottom of a foil lined broiler pan. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and brush over scallops.
