Cooking Ingredients for Honey-Lavender Biscotti Recipe
2-1/4 c All-purpose flour;
-unbleached
1 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
2/3 c Sugar
1/2 ts Vanilla extract
3 tb Strong honey
2 tb Minced zest from 1 orange
1 tb Dried lavender blossoms;
-optional
Honey-Lavender Biscotti Preparation
1. Sift first 4 ingredients together in a small bowl. 2. Whisk sugar and eggs in a large bowl to a lightly lemon color; sitr in next 3 (or 4) ingredients. Sift dry ingredients over egg mixture, then fold in until dough is just combined. 3. Follow steps 3 and 4 in Lemon-Anise Biscotti recipe.
