Cooking Ingredients for Honey-Wheat Muffins Recipe

1 Egg
2 c Bisquick original baking mix
1/4 c Wheat germ
2/3 c Milk
1/4 c Honey
1 tb Vegetable oil
1 ts Grated orange peel
1/4 c Raisins

Honey-Wheat Muffins Preparation

HEAT oven to 400 degrees. Grease bottoms only of 12 medium moffin cups, 2-1/2×1-1/4 inches, or line with paper baking cups. BEAT egg slightly in medium bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients except raisins just until moistened. Fold in raisins. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups. BAKE about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
