2 md Potatoes; peeled
2 tb Oil
2 tb Butter
Salt to taste
1/4 c Honey

Honeyed Roast Potatoes Preparation

1. Add potatoes to a pan of cold water, bring to the boil then drain immediately. 2. Place potatoes in a baking dish and butter and sprinkle with a little salt. 3.
