Cooking Ingredients for Hopkins Country Stew Recipe
1 Frying Chicken
1 bn Carrots
1 bn Shallots
4 lg Onions
1/2 bn Celery
5 Potatoes; diced
1 sm Cabbage
1 c Whole Kernel Corn; Frozen
1 c Cream Corn
1 c White Corn
Sugar; amount you want
Salt And Pepper; to taste
Hopkins Country Stew Preparation
Cover fryer with water and simmer until meat falls off bone. Remove bone and skin and cut meat into small pieces. Return to pot. Add remaining ingredients and cook until vegetables are tender.
