1 Gill Milk
1/2 ts Mixed mustard
1 Gill Cream
1 tb Vinegar
3 tb Grated Horse Radish
1 ts Sugar
Salt and pepper

Horse Radish Sauce Preparation

Do this: Mix the dry ingredients and stir in the milk and cream. Lastly the Vinegar. Before the wires burn hot with the question What is a gill If I remmember correctly from many years ago it is 1/4 imp pint. When I make it I use 8 (15ml) tablespoons.
