Cooking Ingredients for Horseradish-Crusted Rockfish Recipe

4 Rockfish fillet
1/2 c Mayonnaise
2 tb Horseradish
1 tb Bread crumbs
1/2 ts Minced garlic
1 Anchovy fillets; optional
1 pn White pepper
Flour; to coat

Horseradish-Crusted Rockfish Preparation

Blend mayonnaise, horseradish, bread crumbs, garlic, anchovy and pepper in a food processor. Dredge rockfish in flour then coat with horseradish mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 9 to 12 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with Dill-Dijon Butter.
