Cooking Ingredients for Hot Bacon Cheese Spread Recipe

1 Loaf; (18 oz) round bread
12 sl Center cut bacon; crumbled
1 pk Colby / Monterey Jack
-cheese; (8 oz)
1 c Grated Parmesan cheese; (8
-oz)
1 c Mayonnaise; (8 oz)
1 sm Onion; finely chopped
1 Clove garlic; minced

Hot Bacon Cheese Spread Preparation

Cut lengthwise slice from top of bread loaf, remove center, leaving 1-inch thick shell. Cut removed bread into bite-sized pieces; set aside. Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl. Spoon into hollowed bread shell. Cover shell with top of bread; place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Garnish with leaf lettuce. Serve with bread pieces and crackers.
