2 Jars; (5-oz) dried beef
3 pk (8-oz) cream cheese;
-softened
1 c Milk; (approximately)
Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco sauce
Hot Beef Dip Preparation
Run boiling water over beef and let stand a few minutes before draining to get rid of some of the salt. Place cream cheese and milk in a double boiler. Blend until creamy. Add more milk if it is too thick. Add sauces to taste. Chop beef and add to cheese mixture. Serve in a chafing dish with crackers, celery, anything to dip . Serves 10.
