Cooking Ingredients for Hot Beef Spread 2 Recipe

1/2 c Onion; chopped
1 tb Butter
2 tb Dry white wine
8 oz Cream cheese; softened
1/2 c Mayonnaise
2-1/2 oz Dried beef; finely chopped
1/2 c Pecans; chopped

Hot Beef Spread 2 Preparation

Saute onion in butter in a skillet until tender. Stir in wine; simmer 2 minutes. Add cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and beef; mix well.
