1 cn (15 oz) apricots
2 tb Brown sugar
1 Lemon and 1 orange ; Rind of
2 Apples; peeled, cored and
-thinly sliced
2 Ripe bananas; diagonally
-sliced
Hot Fruit Salad Preparation
Source: From Hatikva”s Kitchen by Bnoth Zion Association, Cape Town Mix the juice of the peaches and apricots with brown sugar and rinds. Place all fruit in a casserole, add juice and bake in a 180C (350F) oven for 45 mins, uncovered. Serve hot or cold with ice cream, cream or on its own.
