4 oz Unsweetened chocolate
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Water
2 ts Instant coffee powder
1/4 ts Cinnamon
1/2 c Heavy cream
2-1/2 qt Milk, scalded

Hot Party Mocha Preparation

Here are some recipes for non-alcoholic party punches. All are for 12 four ounce servings. All are from _The New Doubleday Cookbook_ by Jean Anderson & Elaine Hanna. Heat and stir chocolate, sugar, water, coffee and cinnamon in a heavy saucepan over low heat until chocolate melts; cover and cool. Beat cream to soft peaks and fold into chocolate mixture. To serve, pour chocolate mixture into a large punch bowl, add hot milk and stir.
