Cooking Ingredients for Hot Sausage and Cheese Puffs Recipe
1 lb Italian sausage-hot or
-sweet
1 lb Sharp cheddar cheese;
-shredded
3 c Biscuit baking mix
3/4 c Water
Hot Sausage and Cheese Puffs Preparation
Remove casing from sausage and cook in skillet for 10 minutes, break up into small pieces. Drain off fat and put sausage in large bowl and cool completely. Add shreeded cheese, biscuit mix and water, mix with fork until blended. Roll into 1-inch balls, place on large cookie sheet 2-inches apart.
