1 Pastry shell;baked
1/4 c Caramel topping
16 oz Cream cheese;softened
3/4 c Confectioners sugar
2 tb Whipping cream
Whipped cream and additional

-garnish, optional

House of Plenty Turtle Pie Preparation

Sprinkle 1/4 cup of choc chips and pecans into pastry shell.Pour caramel topping over chips and pecans.In a bowl,beat cream cheese adn sugar until smooth.In a saucepan over low heat,cook and stir cream adn remaining chips until smooth.Gradually add to the cream cheese mixture;mix well.Carefully spread into pastry shell.Garnish as desired. >From Taste of Home Volume 01 Number 423 by rudolph <rudolph@1st.net> on Dec 30, 1997
