2 lb Shrimp; peeled, deveined and
-boiled
2 c Onion; sliced
8 Bay leaves
3/4 c White vinegar
1-1/2 ts Salt
2-1/2 ts Celery salt
2-1/2 tb Capers with juice
1-1/2 c Olive oil

Hugh Lynn s Pickled Shrimp Preparation

Alternate layers of shrimp, onions and bay leaves in shallow dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the top. Cover and chill for at least 24 hours.
