Cooking Ingredients for Hungarian Goulash/cp Recipe
2 lb Round steak; cubed
1 c Onion; chopped
1 Garlic clove; minced
2 tb Flour
1 ts Salt
1 ts Papper
1 ts Paprika
1 ts Thyme; dried
1 Bay leaf
14-1/2 oz Tomatoes
1 c Sour cream
Hungarian Goulash/cp Preparation
Put steak cubes, onions, garlic in crockpot. Stir in flour and mix to coat steak cubes. Add all remaining ingredients except sour cream. Stir well. Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours.
