4 Eggs
1 Stick margarine, softened
1 ts Vanilla
2 c Milk
3/4 c Sugar
1/2 c Flour
1/8 ts Salt
3/4 ts Baking powder
1 c Coconut (reserve 1/2 cup)
Impossible Coconut Pie 2 Preparation
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend 30 seconds. Grease and flour 10-inch pie pan or 9-inch square pan. Pour batter into pan and sprinkle remaining coconut over batter.
