2 c Plain flour; (maida)
1 c Gram flour
1/2 ts Soda bicarb
2 tb Curds
Salt to taste
Oil to shallow fry
Instant Dosas Preparation
Sieve together flours, soda and salt. Take in a large bowl, add curds. Add enough water to make a batter. The batter should coat the back of a spoon easily. Heat griddle, pour a serving spoonful of batter. Spread thinly with back of spoon. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon oil to shallow fry. When crisp lift with spatula.
